He was predeceased by : his sister Karen Parker; his parents, George Opfer and Marion Opfer; and his aunt Virginia Bathe. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Opfer; his stepchildren, Brandon Ludwig and DeAnna Ludwig; his siblings, Dennis Opfer (Carmen), Martin Opfer, Sue Opfer and Diane Easton; his nieces and nephews, James Opfer, Sarah Seel (Zach), Adam Parker and Leslie Maples (Wade); and his great-niece Natalie Seel.
