She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Terry Pukas and Mable Crawford; and her great-grandparent Hue Crawford. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Pukas and Jaslyn Crawford; her sister Aria Pukas; her grandparent Kyle; and her great-grandparent Loraine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pukas family for Eulalia's commemorative memorials.
