She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer "Roger" Epperly; her son Aaron Epperly; her sister Patricia Altis; and her parents, John Casey and Abigail Casey.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Minton (Robert); her daughter-in-law Caroline Epperly; her grandchildren, Matthew Epperly (Katharine), Kathryn Epperly, Kristen Epperly, Audrey Minton and Maxwell Minton; her brother John Casey (Mary Wahlstrom); and her brother-in-law Steven Epperly (Barbara).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
