He is survived by: his significant other Yvonne Chaney; his mother Mary Moore; and his siblings, Mark, Karen (Mike Johnson), Tim (Dana Bausch), Cindy (Willie Miesner), Jerry, Debbie and Bryan (Tonya Holmes). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
