He was predeceased by: his daughter Renee Ann Englert; his grandchild Morgan Vetter; his parents, Edward Englert and Ann Englert; and his brother Jim Englert.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Englert; his children, Carrie Johnson (Patrick), Sheri Englert (Frank Riley), Jamie Chandler (Bill) and Lori Gutleber (Jason); his grandchildren, Sydney Gutleber, William Chandler, Makena Johnson and Joseph Chandler; and his siblings, Connie Franklin (Jerry), Steve Englert (Stephanie), Ginnie O'Neal (Steve), Ken Englert (late Sue), Ed Englert (Terri) and Scott Englert (Pat). He is also survived by brothers, sons-in-law, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1355 Motherhead Rd, Cottleville, MO 63304). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Joseph Catholic Parish.
