He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Klingaman; and his father-in-law Charles Hunnicutt. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Klingaman; his children, Garrett Klingaman and Gabrielle Wilson; his son-in-law Christopher Wilson; his granddaughter Catherine Wilson; his father Karl Klingaman; his stepmother Norma Hughes-Klingaman; his brother Troy Klingaman; his sister-in-law Shelly Klingaman; his sister Crystal Casteel; his brother-in-law Michael Casteel; his mother-in-law Mary Hunnicutt; and his siblings-in-law, Terri English and Olen English. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Tracy dedicated many years of service as the charity coordinator at work for the United Way. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tracy's honor to United Way of Greater St. Louis at helpingpeople.org/donate-to-united-way, continuing his lifelong legacy of supporting the organization.
