She is survived by: her parents, Mike Thompson and Georgia Way (Buckner); her stepfather Mitchell Way; her spouse Diesel Nava; her children, Gavin McKnight of Kansas City, Missouri, Diesel Nava of Columbia, Missouri, Leo Nava of Houston, Texas, Alice McKnight of Lubbock, Texas and Ixchel Nava of Houston, Texas.; her grandchild Riyah; her grandmother Edna Kenslo; and her siblings, Alex Way of Cowgill, Missouri, Brook Elaine of Kansas City, Missouri and Anna Taylor of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
