With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Sue Smith of Cowgill, Missouri, who passed away on November 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Murray and Idyl Murray (Heinis) of Wellsville, KS.; her husband Jerry; and her siblings, Richard Murray (Marilyn) and Gail Wickham.
She is survived by: her sons, Steffen Smith (Kim) of Liberty, MO and Dallas Smith (Brenda) of Kearney, MO; her grandchildren, Hollie Kosorog (Bobby) of Gladstone, MO, Brandon Herring of Kansas City, MO, Hunter Smith and Savannah Smith of Kearney, MO; and her great grandchildren, Abraham and Lincoln.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Cowgill in care of the funeral home.
