He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Buchanan and Bessie Marie Bowling Foster; his wife Lisa; his siblings, Dale Leroy Foster and Sue Wayne Langley; and his granddaughter Hannah Marie Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Dickens (Shelby) of Galena, Cynthia Dwyer (Michael) of Dryden, Kenny Foster of Galena and Tim Foster of Galena; and his grandchildren, Zachary Dickens (Sasha) of Clever, Shadrach Dickens of Galena, Brian Foster of Springfield, Sarrah Foster of Brookline, Francque Pierce (Timothy) of Clever, Cody Foster of Galena, Wisdom Foster of Galena and Hannah Foster. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bowling Chapel Cemetery.
