She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ray and Albert Ray of Springfield, MO.; her siblings, Dennis, Carl Ray, Carol Ray Cameron and Pamela Ray Garrett; her former husband Terry McIntosh; and her husband Jim Eutsler.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Alan McIntosh (Jodi Smith) and Danny McIntosh (Brandi Daum); her grandchildren, Jacilyn (Landon Bilyeu), Jacob McIntosh (Emily) and Brody McIntosh (Sophia McIntosh); her great grandchildren, Whitley Bilyeu, Alice McIntosh and Teddy McIntosh; and her sisters, Betty Ray Eisley, Janie Ray Daugherty (Fred) and Sharon Ray Carter (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Chapel (214 N Commerce St, Crane, MO 65633). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to C.H. "Chub" O'Reilly Cancer Center, 2055 S Fremont, Springfield, MO.
