With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Jo Helms of Creighton, Missouri, born in Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clarkson and Nettie Clarkson (Allee); her husband Kenneth Helms; and her siblings, Charles Clarkson, Ann Courtney, Dorathy Harter and Christine Hooper.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Green (LaMonte) of Belton, MO. and Anthony Field (Darlene) of Springfield, MO.; and her stepdaughter Juanita Helms of Creighton, MO.. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren.
