He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Emmer and Dorothy Marie Bowling (Walters); his brothers, Donald Bowling, Thomas Andrew "Andy" Bowling and Delbert "Terry" Bowling; and his niece Ginger Skaggs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eddie Bowling, Roy Bowling (Angela) of Richland and Pamela Batty (David); his sister-in-law Tammy Bowling; and his children, Celestia, Michelle, Melissa and Malicah. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
