He was predeceased by : his parents, Will Jennings Sooter and Gladys Marie Sooter (Carver); his son Roger Carver; and his grandparents, Willis H. Carver, Menzo and Georgia Sooter.
He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Sue Dobbins; his children, Yvonne Luttrell (Willie), David Durreman (Kim), Brad DuBerry, Kenneth Duberry and Marquitta Wingo; his grandchildren, Dorothy Abram (Travis), Nicholas Duberry, Samantha Jacob (Zach), Kacey McGowan (Jamie), Victoria Norton (David), Jessica Oliva, Brandy Reel, Nikki Smith and Elizabeth Young (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Declan Jacob, Lily Jacob, Anthony Gould, Tristen Gould, Erren Jennings, Autumn McGowan, Clayton McGowan, Austyn Reel, Dakota Reel, Emma Reel, Reed Smith, Xavier Young and Isabella Oliva; and his siblings, Jeanne Sooter Pearl (California), Evelyn May Sooter (Idaho) and Will James Sooter (Montana).
