She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James and Ruth Elizabeth Lively (Anders); her close friend Danny Rickerson; and her siblings, James Lively, Jerry Lively, Judy Katherine Pemberton, Jackie Sue Lively, Jane Elizabeth Lively and Joanna Lynn Bledsoe.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Lively, Joyce Lively of Crocker and June Dixon of Crocker. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces; and other relatives and friends.
