He was predeceased by: his father Jack Edward Maxey. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Maxey (Atherton); his children, Amanda Maxey, Carrie Maxey, Jack Maxey II (Karissa), Eric Maxey, Theo Maxey and Arley Maxey; his siblings, Donald James "DJ" Maxey (Denise) and Jacquelyn Cernetich (Vic); and his grandchildren, Kendall, Gavin, Kayden, Jackson, Payton, Parker, Reed, Maverick and Jameson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery.
