It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Layman of Crocker, Missouri, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jefferson Collins and Mary Ethel Collins (Boone); her siblings, Cecil Collins, Helen Prescott, Chris Helms and Dorene Parrish; and her nephew Michael Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Layman of Crocker, MO; her children, Brian Layman of Crocker, MO, Stacey Moore (Jimmy) of Crocker, MO and Tracey Smith of Crocker, MO; her grandchildren, Zach Moore, Courtney Smith, Hannah Moore, Brandon Smith and Caitlin Moore; and her great grandchildren, Brody, Kynlee, Keeton, Kolt and Parker.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Loving Paws Adoption Center in Crocker would be appreciated. Keep Linda's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
