We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2023, at the age of 65, Reba Marie Carter of Crocker, Missouri, born in Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, James Elwin and Dorothy Corinne Lathrop (McDowell); her brother Paul Gene Lathrop; and her niece Julia Jones. She is survived by : her children, Mike Shelton (Erin) of Lonedell and Rachel Carter; her siblings, Jimmy Lathrop and Corky Hill (Gayle) of Iberia; her grandchildren, Jordan and Jayden; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Riley and Harley. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
