Diane Rene Miller Obituary

Diane Rene Miller, 74, of Crystal City, Missouri, passed away on July 21, 2026, at her residence.

Born on June 27, 1952, in East St. Louis, Illinois, Diane was the daughter of the late Russell Edward Lohrum Sr. and Erma (Burgdorf) Lohrum.

Diane dedicated her career to serving others as a case worker for the State of Missouri. In her free time, she enjoyed quilting, but her greatest joy was spending time with her son and grandchildren.

She was a faithful member of Calvary Chapel in Festus, Missouri.

Diane is survived by her son, Matthew (Tyneal) Miller of Dittmer, Missouri; her sisters, Kathleen (the late Gene) Cotton of Anna, Illinois, Janice (Ronald) Post of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, and Sherri (Bob) Baker of Belleville, Illinois; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother, Russell E. Lohrum Jr., and her sister, Barbara Lohrum.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Peaceful Ridge Cemetery, with Parker Scott officiating. Interment will immediately follow.
