He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Lichtenberg (John) of St. Louis, MO, Sarah May of Washington, MO, David May (Carol) of Eureka, MO, Danny May of Catawissa, MO and Jim Graves (Kathleen) of St. Louis, MO; his father-in-law Eagen Green of Campbell, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Green (Debbie) of Campbell, MO, Harold Green of Campbell, MO and Cindy Green of Campbell, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
