She is survived by : her husband James Dale Ruth Sr.; her sons, David Ruth (Dawn) of Cuba, MO, Daniel Ruth (Christina) of Cuba, MO and James Ruth, Jr. (Patricia) of Liberty, MO; and her brother John Cox (Patricia) of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
