He is survived by : his children, Clifford "Cliffie" Phillips (Nicky) of Leasburg and Tammie Fey (Mike) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Jennifer Garbo (Daniel) of Cuba, Michael "Mikie" Fey (Jessica) of Cuba, Tara Weber (Nick) of Cuba, Cheyenne Phillips Cuba (Wesley), Kayla Phillips of Leasburg, Angel Simpson of Cuba and Norman Weigel of Leasburg; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Bishop of DeSoto and Linda Wickenhouser of Cuba. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
