He was predeceased by : his parents, Jay Daniel Wise and Mary Christine Gates Wise; his father-in-law Elvin Eye; his siblings, Mitch Wise, Dennis Wise, John Wise, Delores Ann Wise, Verginia Wise and Veyonda Wise; and his sister-in-law Susie Eye.

He is survived by : his wife Gwendolyn Wise of Cuba, MO; his children, April Keller (Ron) of Manassas, VA, Wade Wise (Kelley) of Cuba, MO, Brian Wise, Stephanie Brunson (Dorian), Patty Hernandez (Aaron), Missy Kelly (Keith) of Dixon, MO, Rachel Conner of Rolla, MO and Brandon Eye (Jacquelyn) of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Dan Wise (Paulette), Vern Letson (Cathy), Darrow Wise and Verna Brundage (Wayne); his mother-in-law Dona Forbes (Arlie) of St. Louis, MO; and his brother-in-law Gregory Eye (Colleen) of Berryman, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
