It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garry James Farris of Cuba, Missouri, born in Rolla, Missouri, who passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin James Farris and Virginia Grace Farris. He is survived by: his son Benjamin Farris of Cuba, MO; his siblings, Jerry Farris of Cuba, MO, Larry Farris (Sandra) of Cuba, MO and Twila Farris (Eddie Metcalf) of Grants Pass, OR; his siblings' children, Rachael Harris (Rob Carmack) of Cuba, MO, Emma Harris of Cuba, MO and Kamren Harris of Cuba, MO; and his close friend Jim Bob Brand of Cuba, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hutson Funeral Home (407 S Franklin St, Cuba, MO 65453). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Evelyn's House, St. Louis, MO or to the funeral home for help with final expenses.
