He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Lowery and Alberta Lee Lowery; his parents-in-law, Bud and Edna Mae McAdams; his wife Janet Lowery; and his siblings, Jimmy Lowery (Marsha), Joyce Moeser (Joe), Joe Boy Lowery, Janet Williams (Ronnie), Jean Clubbe (Richard) and Joan Rice (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, John P. Lowery, Patricia L. Brueggeman (Steve) of O'Fallon, MO and Jeffrey A. Lowery of Cuba, MO; his grandchildren, Kristi Kotschedoff (Brent), Kimberly Hopper (Nick), Kathy Varner (Jason), Nicholas Brueggeman (Emily), Abbey Brueggeman, Jeffrey Lowery, Justin Lowery and Alyssa Lowery; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Patrick, Brooks, Brady, Carter, Kaitlyn, Kelsey and Andrew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
