He was predeceased by: his father Garrett Dickens (Edna); his daughter Tamela "Tammy" Dickens; his siblings, Jimmy Dickens (Sharon), Carl Dickens (Shirley), Louie Dickens, Ruby Williams (Floyd), Helen Brown (Cecil), Mable Kitchen (Edwin), Lucille Campbell and Ruth Ann Dickens; his siblings-in-law, Beulah Hines, Ann Bentley (Russ), Flo Bedwell, Willma Carroll (James) and Rainey Nichols (Nadine); and his parents-in-law, Tom and Geneva Nichols (Atchison).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Dickens of Cuba; his children, Leon Dickens Jr. (Tiffany) of Cuba and Sonia Smith; his brother Paul Dickens (Geraldine); his brother-in-law Gary Campbell of Cuba; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Shelby, Lili, Taylea and Treyton Dickens. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
