He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Johnson (John) of Mesa and Christie Medley (Thomas) of Brunswick, Georgia; his former wife Linda Ayers of Mesa, Arizona; his grandsons, Micah and Lucas; and his stepsister Claudia Barger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
