With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terri Dicus of Cuba, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Terri left this world on November 9, 2025 at the age of 60, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Chandler and Beulah Francis Chandler; her siblings, Harvey Chandler (Edith), Betty Brewer (June), Sue Bommarito and Ellen Elsner; her brother-in-law Larry Joyce; and her nephews, Jeff, Joe Chandler and Everett Wisdom.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Dicus (Erik Lowes) of Leasburg, MO and Brad Dicus (Ashley) of Steelville, MO; her grandchildren, Addison Lowes, Kaylen Lowes, Hazel Lowes, Braden Dicus and Gracyn Dicus; her siblings, Alvin Chandler (Barb) of Wesco, MO, Frank Chandler (Sandy) of Wesco, MO and Shirley Joyce of Sullivan, MO; her brothers-in-law, Rick Bommarito of St. Louis, MO and Craig Elsner of St. James, MO; and her siblings' children, Tamara Cape of Steelville, MO and Michael Chandler (Dawn) of Cook Station, MO. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutson Funeral Home (601 Main St, Steelville, MO 65565). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at the Wesco Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Cuba Animal Shelter or the Cuba Food Pantry.
