He is survived by: his wife Ruby Bouse of Cuba, MO; his children, Tommy Bouse, Jr. (Roxie) of Springfield, MO, Sandy Wilson (Jeff) of Cuba, MO and Brad Bouse (Jennifer) of Steelville, MO; his grandchildren, Tommy Bouse III (Amanda) of Ozark, MO, Dale Bouse (Ashley) of Briggsdale, CO, Alexandria McGee of Springfield, MO, Heather Dietiker (Jeremiah) of Fredericktown, MO, Adam Wilson (Sofiya) of St. Charles, MO, Brittany Peterson (Casey) of St. Charles, MO, Madison Bouse (Daniel Park) of New York City, NY, Cole Bouse (Lyn Halbert) of Steelville, MO and Maggie Grace Bouse of St. Louis, MO; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Winston Bouse, Marley, Presley Bouse, Ryker McGee, Jaxon, Wilson, JJ, Judah and June Belle Peterson; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Miller of Steelville, MO, Jane Bouse of Steelville, MO, Judy Gellerman of Sullivan, MO and Lola Wright of St. Clair, MO; his nieces, Terry Bouse of Steelville, MO, Joni Sanders of Cuba, MO, Donna Creecy of Hot Springs, AR and Karen Powell of Hope, AR; and his close friend Dori Stubblefield of Cuba, MO.
