He was predeceased by: his father Richard Berghager; his stepfather Kenneth Epperson; his grandparents, Bill, Pat Brown and Justine Berghager; his brother Mike Epperson; his uncle Benny Berghager; his cousin Alfred Berghager; and his close friend Chad Laird.
He is survived by: his mother Patty Brown Berghager Epperson; his fiancée Marilyn Hubert; his children, Kayla Harris (Brian), Richie Berghager (Shelbi) and Jacob Berghager; his stepchildren, Justin Worthington (Michelle), Steven Alexander (Danielle), Brian Worthington (Heather) and Ashleigh Schoneboom; his siblings, Tammy Brown (Craig), Kenya Kent (Donald), Terry Ross (Kenny) and Daniel Epperson (Jena); his sister-in-law Linda Epperson; his grandchildren, Quinn, Korbin, Bella, Lane, Natalie, Rileigh, Elena, Jaxon and Karson; and his stepgrandchildren, Rylee, Myla, Macie, Grayson, Jaycob, Ashton, Cooper, Audrey and Emma.
