He is survived by: his wife Lila; his children, William Douglas (Linda) of New Haven, CT, Kenna Bishop (Steve) of Republic, John (Rebecca) of Dadeville, James (Renee) of Bolivar and Jane (Jimmy) of Raytown; and his stepdaughters, Beverly Scopel (Tom) of St. Louis, Carol Farell (Joe) of St. Louis, Diane Schrader (Bill) of Lockwood and Marcia Lilienkamp (Bruce) of Lockwood. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
