He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Sue Watson; his parents, Cole Junior Futrell and Rebecca L. Gooch; his adoptive parent J. D. Gooch; his brother John Gooch (Theresa); his children, Nyles, Eric and Evan Gooch; and his grandchild Kya McCulloch (Evan).
