He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurston Raymond Halbert and Lillie Arnetta "Nettie" Murry Halbert; and his sisters, Juanita Halbert and Mildred Davis (Max). He is survived by: his wife Carol Halbert; his children, Susan Kehner (Gary) of Elizabeth City, NC, Diana Kehner (Donald) of Steelville, MO, Raymond Halbert (Carrie) of Maryville, KS, Jason Halbert (Teresa) of Buffalo, MO and Cynthia Harmon (Rickey) of Cherryville, MO; his grandchildren, Andy Kehner, Danielle Salas, Mickenzie Kehner, Gabbi Verble, Wyatt Phenix, Logan Phenix, Kirsten Jeffries, Joselyn Halbert, Emmett Halbert, Justin Halbert, Connor Halbert, Noah Halbert, Miranda Brooks and Joshua Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Henry and August. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
Memorials may be given in Junior's name to Martin-Trask Cemetery or National Kidney Foundation.
