He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koch and Elizabeth Koch; his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, Aurelia (Skeeter), Herman (Dutch) and Mildred (Mil).
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Koch (Brenda), Michael Koch (Mary) and Victoria Johnston (Robert "Junior"); his grandchildren, Brian Koch (Heather), Melissa Brown (Danny) and David Baeres (Christy); his great grandchildren, Matt, Joe, Bri, Drake, Lucas, Benjamin, Norah, Maria and Elizabeth; his granddaughter Claira; his brother-in-law Vincent Schutte, Jr. of Peoria, AZ; and his caregivers, Jackie O'Hanlon and Jennifer Osia.
