Kite; her husband Bill Laratta; her daughter Joyce Laratta; her siblings, Cora Hamman, Georgetta Thompson, Edgar Kite and Luther Kite; her son-in-law Donald Chandler; her brothers-in-law, David Hamman, Chad "Thorny" Thompson, Sr. and Bill Wilson; Chad "Thorny" Thompson, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Chandler; her granddaughter Angela Denman; her great grandchildren, Wade and Aurora; her sister Ethel Wilson; her nieces, Stella, Natasha and Niko; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ricky, Jr., Kelly, Jaidyn, Isaiah, Ezra and Isaac.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Chapel (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020).
