We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, at the age of 80, Fred D. Carr (De Soto, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thurman Carr and Mary Marguerite Carr; his wife Mary Lou Carr; his daughter Dawn Carr; and his siblings, June Chillcote, Helen Stetler, Janet Dawson, Sandy Ziegler, Marjorie Hicks, Jim Carr and Dean Carr.

He is survived by : his children, Sherry White (Chad) of Geneva, IN, April Morris (Tim), Deborah Carr and Fred Carr, II; his grandchildren, Megan White, Andrew Vibbert (Kristi), Donald Vibbert (Ceonda), Caleb Morris (Madison), Kylie Morris, Melissa Riggs, Christopher Carr (Maggie) and Alexis Carr; his siblings, Mary Riley of Ohio City, OH, Patsy Halliwill of Scott, OH, Leona Parks of Van Wert, OH and Bill Carr of Ohio City, OH; and his son-in-law Andy Vibbert of Decatur, IN. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
