He was predeceased by: his father Donald Foster; his wife Linnette Foster (Trump); and his sister Carla Ripke. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Johnson of Lake Park, IA; and his siblings, Deb, Dale Foster (Beth) and Steven Foster (Karen) of Scottsbluff, NE. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
