She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Haller and Hazel Haller; her husband William P. Hughes; and her brothers, Arthur "Butch" Haller, Dwight Haller and Donald Haller.
She is survived by: her children, Gerry Kastner (Christine) of Bloomsdale, MO, Donna Bollinger (Richard) and Ste; her stepchildren, Sharma Hughes Gearhart of Imperial, MO, Lynn Hughes Hammock of Potosi, MO and Joseph William "Billy" Hughes of Bloomsdale, MO; her brother Darrel Haller (Deanna) of Kirbyville, MO; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Haller, Ste, Genevieve and Vicki Haller of Festus, MO. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the National Cemetery.
