He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gowan (Schaefer); his children, Rebecca Waller (Christopher), Scott Gowan (Lori) and Keith Gowan (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Jessica Waller-Armour (Art), Kiersten Waller, Samantha Gowan and Jonathan Gowan; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua and Alexandria. He is also survived by numerous cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
