He is survived by: his wife Sylvia C. Guenther of Imperial, MO; his children, Allan Guenther of Old Mines, MO, Darlene Kavanaugh (Terry) of Bonne Terre, MO and Kathy Boyer (Scott); his grandchildren, Tabatha Veach, Dane Kavanaugh, Jody Guenther, Greg Guenther and Crystal Boyer; and his siblings, Delmar Guenther of Potosi, MO, Glen Guenther of Potosi, MO, Frank Guenther of Blackwell, MO and Shirley Johnson of Fletcher, MO.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
