Kenneth Lopretta Obituary

We announce the death of Kenneth Lopretta of De Soto, Missouri, who passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 77. Kenneth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam J. Lopretta Jr. and Lorraine C. Lopretta (Perry); and his siblings, Samuel Lopretta, Adam Lopretta III and Lynn Doyle.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Lopretta (Karen) of Troy, Illinois, Tamara Perry (Brian) of Edwardsville and Heather Lopretta of Glen Carbon, Illinois; his sister Kay Emerson of De Soto, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Brianna Perry (Tyler Feldman), Mackensie Lopretta, Blake Perry and Lauren Lopretta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul in De Soto or the City of De Soto Kennel.
