He is survived by: his wife Denine Keath of De Soto, MO; his daughters, Melissa Martinez (Jay) of Springfield, MO, Alicia Notbusch (Jake) of De Soto, MO and Rachel Murphy (Logan) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Emily Martinez, Miles Martinez and Asher Notbusch; his siblings, Billy Joe Keath (Ruth) of De Soto, MO and Bobbie Wilhite (Raymond) of De Soto, MO; and his half-siblings, Rebecca Hickman and Brian Harper.
