He is survived by: his parents, Vera Ann and Richard David Self, Sr.; his daughter Ellie Marie Self; and his brother Michael Sean Self (Theresa).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Chapel (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
