He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Duward and Violet Cowee; his wife Phyllis J. Cowee; his daughter Pamela Lore; his siblings, Mary Jackson, James Cowee and Raymond Cowee; his son-in-law Doug Isenhart; and his siblings-in-law, Angie Cowee, Katie Cowee and Gene Jackson.
He is survived by : his children, Robert E. "Bob" Cowee, Jr. (Becky) of Graham, WA, Paula Akins (Ronald), De Soto, Rhonda Smith (Mark) of Woodbury, TN, Tracy Cowee (Elaine), S. C., Timothy Cowee (Kelly) and Laurie Isenhart; his brother William Cowee; his son-in-law Joe Lore; and his sister-in-law Ruby Cowee. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
