Robert, born on October 13, 1951 in Granite City, Illinois, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alvey and Mildred Lorine Thebeau; his brothers, Gary Thebeau and Raymond Thebeau; and his brother-in-law Jack Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Thebeau; his children, Faron W Thebeau (Abigail), Ben Thebeau, Brett Thebeau (Katie) and Amy Kelly (Sean); his grandchildren, Chance Thebeau (Carmen), Levi Thebeau (Ashley), Tara Deer (Dakota), Eli Thebeau, Payton Thebeau, Itziar Thebeau, Truman Thebeau, Dominic Thebeau, Sadie Thebeau, Cash Kelly, Wade Kelly, Reese Kelly, Marissa Davis (Hayden), Krystin Emring (Tanner) and Brooke Blum (John); his great grandchildren, Parker, Lincoln and Winnie; his sisters, Kay Johnson of Anna, IL and Susan Alley (Kenny); and his sisters-in-law, Sarah Thebeau and Penny Thebeau.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Journey Community Church (12312 MO-21, DeSoto, MO 63020). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
