It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia L. Rowe (De Soto, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Hill and Margaret Hill; her son Jason Rowe; and her sister Carol Huckie Keller. She is survived by : her husband Lindell Phillip "Phil" Rowe, Jr.; her son Jeff Rowe; and her siblings, Sharon Rapp, Larry Hill and Randy Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
