He is survived by: his children, David Couch (Wendy) of Milton, FL, Daniel Couch (DeWitt), Columbia, Karey Couch (Vern), Fulton, Kimberly Couch and Dale Couch (Mary); and his friend Regina Casey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
