She was predeceased by : her parents, Billy Lee and Shirley Jean Hayward (Kiefer); her son Joshua Davis; and her sister Renee Fleeman (Hayward). She is survived by : her husband Perry; her children, Steven Hayward and Audrey Davis; her grandchildren, Austin, Dylan Hughart, Lillian Earl and Stevie Patton; her stepdaughters, Kelly and Leslie Patton; and her sister Audrey Stranak (Hayward).
