He is survived by: his children, Lewis McDonald Jr. (Jackie), Brenda Vasquez (Oscar), Jim McDonald and Sue Myers (Rodney); and his siblings, Helen Arlo, Robert McDonald (Doris), Jim McDonald (Kay) and Kathy Sprague. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
