He was predeceased by : his former life partner Debra Elaine; and his siblings, Michael Dean, Ernest Eugene and Margery Ellen. He is survived by : his spouse Beverly Lisette Roberts; his children, James Edward, Charles Monroe, Richard Dean, Beverly Ann and Brian Courtney; and his great grandchildren, Chase Hills, Alexis Hills, Brooklyn Hills, Jayden Hills, Ava Hills, Wyatt Hills, Annabelle Hills, Cadence Robinson, Silas Stevenson and Evelyn Mae Hills. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
