He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Medearis and Myrtle Lewis; and his siblings, Nina Lewis, Marion Lewis, Loyd Freeman and Janet Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Sharron Medearis; his children, Amanda Kruse, Samantha Medearis, Layla Medearis and Emmett Medearis; his grandchildren, Alexis Turner and Willow Kruse; his brother Butch Mealman; and his close friends, David Lewis, Donald Lewis, Daniel Lewis, Delbert Lewis and Joel Medearis.
Memorial contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation and may be left in care of the funeral home.
